Seller Info

Hi!
I’m Sarah, the seller cum blogshop owner. I'm based in Penang, Malaysia. I’ve been actively selling the language keyboard stickers online (forums etc) and offline (meet-ups) for more than 3 years. I decided to work on a blogshop and now its officially open. I have numbered customers and definitely a reputable seller so afraid not to deal with me.

My stocks are both READY STOCK and PRE-ORDER. I also do take custom order requests for large quantity/bulk order. So please confirm with me first for the stocks availability. As for now, meet-up is only available for USM (Universiti Sains Malaysia) Penang main campus students until further notice.

Sarah's prompt replies are very helpful. Accountable to updating buyers about the status of their orders too. I find these two qualities very important for customer service and Sarah was evident in showing them when I wanted to make my order, even though it was only through online.

Just received my stickers in good condition today. However there is one thing that I am not happy with. I paid RM 3 for the Pos Ekspress envelope, expecting to receive my stickers within 2 days maximum. However, it took four days for it to arrive, from the tracking site I found out the seller only post it 3 days after receiving payment. I know it is in the T&C, but it is unfair for users who have paid higher price for the envelope. Seller should consider giving regular mail option. After all what is the difference?

Anyway, I felt the accusation is a bit confusing and suspicious. We confirm, you make payment, reconfirm stock and cut deal as details/date/time per below:

I've told you I can't make it on the same day (26th) so I posted out on 27th and you received your sticker by 29th. Then PLEASE tell me how can you received you sticker on 29th if "seller only post it 3 days after receiving payment"??

Btw, do take note that delivery for Pos Ekspres is 1-3 days depending on area and services BUT you received yours in 2days.

I'm definitely positive on complaint or any negative feedback if my cs is lacking and honestly this is my first in 4 years of running LANGKEYSTICKER.

I'm doing serious business here and I take pride for it, same goes for my customers. So PLEASE don't simply 'lodge' complaint about something that ain't true which totally unfair to the seller - ME.

Same goes for your potential sellers in future. Anyway, I'll be happy to deal with you again and start fresh. =)

In your email you said you'll post on the next day, I even emailed you asking the reference number the next day but you didn't reply my mail until Wednesday night. FYI too, my address is under NEXT DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE (refer here : http://bit.ly/pcA3Ze) so don't come saying "depending on area and services" on me. This is not the first time I buy things online and you are not the first seller I deal with online too.

Monday : I made payment
Tuesday : Email sent asking for tracking number, no reply given
Wednesday : Seller replied saying she posted the stuff
Thursday : If she did post on Wednesday like she said I would have receive it but none, nada, zilch.

You are doing business that you claim you take pride in. It will be better if you are professional about it, and apologize when you made mistake, and not accuse your customer in saying things that are not true (effectively calling me a liar).

Yes, as you can see 1st Payment is MONDAY 23:56 which is in 12 hour format is 11.56PM and after I reconfirm stock, refund the outstanding and we confirm deal is TUESDAY 1.03AM. PLEASE be reasonable when you said (yes true) made payment monday when its almost end in 4 minutes+. You dont expect I 'count' Monday as 1 full day right? when you only made payment by 11.56PM.

I've already apologized because I cant make it on Tuesday because of my personal matter and I REALLY did posted out on wednesday. But I dont know how to proof it more other than the email and tracking no so I'll just stop here then. I wont start with 'Pos Malaysia really that effective' next and so on, it'll be lame.

Anyway, I said its aint true because you claimed "seller only post it 3 days after receiving payment" so I felt its totally unfair unless I really went MIA with your money.

So I'll stop here and I'll be more careful and cautious plus gear up my effectiveness. Btw, I really glad you received your sticker in good condition so have fun learning languages. Thank you. =)

Seriously Sarah, you are not doing yourself a favour here with your excuses. Anyway I'll stop here too. It is clear you think you have done nothing wrong.
